- 1 Kitchen-stay (40 m2) , can be use as bedroom

- 1 bedroom avec bed 2P + bed 1P + showers.
- Un baby-bed and high-chair.

Each level with terrasse,spécialy on level 2, marvellous panorama (caraibes, sainte-Anne, Le Marin)

The Villa is furnished and equipped to assure the accommodation
among persons defined in the contract.
RECEPTION
A guard living on place (see plan)
takes responsibility for reception and acts as intermediary between owner and tenant
.
SHEETS:
sheets and towels(napkins) will be provided to the tenant at the begeninning of the tenancy
(according to thr number of persons.
PAYEMENT :
The payment will be paid off in two or three steps according to contract
usely :
--> 15 per cent at reservation-day(with 100 euros minimum).
--> betwin 70 / 75 per cent is to overturn D-30
--> balance is paid at your arrival
a deposit of 250 EUR is asked at your arrival(restored to the tenant at the end of tenancy).
It is recommended to the tenant to assure its personal belongings and civil liability
